'I Don't Want Money'
One recorded message, presented in court, captured Ms Wandelt declaring: "I understand I'm fat and unattractive like Madeleine used to be, but I feel what I believe."
While a separate message of Ms Wandelt's recordings with Mrs McCann's recording said: "What if there is a small chance that I am Madeleine? Then what? Isn't that important for you?"
"I am not seeking money, I maintain a existence here in Poland, I just want to discover," she added.
The panel was told that by means of emails, text messages and communications, Ms Wandelt asked for a DNA test, forwarded early photographs to her phone in a effort to demonstrate a similarity to Mrs McCann's missing daughter, and stated to have "recollections" from a childhood with the McCanns.
The investigator, an investigator with Leicestershire Police who collated the data, advised the court there "didn't appear to be any responses" from Mrs McCann.

Phone records revealed Mrs Spragg had communicated using communication app to Mrs McCann to say the media had characterized Ms Wandelt as "a crazy person" but that she should be treated respectfully in the period before the visit to Rothley, the county, in that winter.
The court heard correspondence between the two accused, in November 2024, planning attempting to acquire Mrs McCann's biological evidence from her bins or from cutlery at a dining venue.

On the evening of the appearance to their residence, the defendant dispatched a message which stated: "We find ourselves sitting outside the McCanns' home with our headlights off resembling detectives. I wanted to accomplish this with someone else I didn't imagine I would be engaged in this with the McCanns."
